Rosa’s rental is located in a small, safe town called Pueblo Nuevo. It is easily accessible because it is off of the expressway which takes you directly into downtown Oaxaca (6 miles) or going the other direction, towards Mexico City. Grocery stores and all purpose stores are located off the expressway for whatever you may need.
These two bungalows sit next to each other on an enormous piece of private propery filled with trees, plants and flowers. The property is maintained by the gardener who lives on the property next to this one.
Dogs are welcome!

BUNGALOW NUMBER 1
This two bedroom bungalow is semi-furnished. The furniture you see in the pictures is what is included. This apartment has both a stovetop and oven. Both bedrooms have matrimonial size beds.
Not included: kitchenware (dishes, plates, silverware, cups, pots, pans, etc.) sheets, towels, pillows, blanket.
It is possible to buy a chip for your laptop so you can be connected to the internet (this should not cost more than 400 pesos and can be done once you are here through a company called Movistar).

This two bedroom bungalow is semi-furnished. The furniture you see in the pictures is what is included. There is a small stove to cook on in the kitchen, but no oven. One bedroom has a matrimonial bed, the other has a twin bed.
Not included: kitchenware (dishes, plates, silverware, cups, pots, pans, etc.) sheets, towels, pillows, blanket.
