The families house is located in the front portion of this property and a large garden area with plenty of green, flowers and a huge tree separates the house from this two story apartment ‘house.’ It is a fenced in property so you could leave your doors open all day knowing that it is completely safe. The garden area is very beautiful and would be a great place to study or relax. Gas, electricity, water and Wifi internet are included in the price. They are furnished. This one bedroom apartment (full size bed) is on the ground level. It is fully furnished and has a TV, oven, microwave. toaster and coffeemaker. There is a nice cross breeze when both doors are open (front and patio door) and plenty of natural light.

APARTMENT NUMBER 2:
This one bedroom is located on the second floor and is accessed by the winding stairs you see in the first picture all the way at the top of this page. It is very bright and has a small balcony off of the kitchen. There is a nice cross breeze and plenty of natural light. The bedroom has two twin beds which can be left as is, or pushed together to create a king size bed. There is a TV, oven, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker and it is fully furnished.
