This large, private apartment complex is located in the Historic District in an ideal location. You are 2 blocks from Parque Llano and 4 to the Zocolo. There is a large shared common space great for reading or relaxing (see pictures below). Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent. All apartments are fully furnished (no TV). None of the apartments are equipped with internet or cable but you can contract that through a company here. If you would like your apartment cleaned on a weekly/monthy basis, it costs 150 pesos per cleaning. These apartments were built by Mariela’s mother and have been in the family for 40 years.

APARTMENT NUMBER 12:
This large two bedroom is on the second level. Another bed can be added to this apartment. The kitchen is located one floor up and is by itself on the second floor. The stairs that you see in the picture below lead up to the kitchen. The kitchen has an oven. From the kitchen there is private access to the rooftop.
