These two apartments are centrally located, 4 blocks to Santo Domingo, 6 to the Zocolo, and a five minute walk from a fresh market where you can shop before you cook for every meal if you choose. The property is divided and the apartments are in the back of the property where there is a nice patio with many trees and canaries. Gas, electricity, water and wireless internet are included in the rent. They are fully furnished.
Ma Teresa cleans sheets every 15 days and towels every 8 days. There is no cleaning service included but contacts can be provided and you can hire someone. This is a very nice place to live.

APARTMENT NUMBER 1:
There are three bedrooms, the first of which has one twin bed, the second has two twin beds and the third and final bedroom has a matrimonial bed. The bedrooms are connected by a long hallway which runs through all of them. Meaning that if you are in the back bedroom you have to walk through the other two to get to the living room. The first bathroom is located in the back bedroom the other one is located just outside the apartment. This apartment is located on the second floor and there is a flight of stairs up.
There is a large space where the living room and dining room are connected. This space is lined on one side with large windows which provide ample natural light and a great view of the very green area below.
There is a door behind the dining room table which leads you outside to a small balcony (with higher walls) and you can enter the kitchen from outside on this balcony or from inside as well. The kitchen has a door which can be kept open or closed to separate it from the living room area. There are stairs which lead up from the kitchen to the rooftop where there is ample space, some chairs and a terrific view of Oaxaca and the surrounding hills.

APARTMENT NUMBER 2:
This smaller two bedroom is on the ground floor and steps out into the patio that you see in the pictures at the top. You have to walk through the first bedroom (blue comforter below) to get to the second bedroom. There is a door that separates the rooms. The picture of the kitchen is taken from the main door entrance. To the left of the kitchen are the bedrooms and to the right, the bathroom.
