This is a lovely 5-apartment complex that is gated and in a terrific location, very close to Parque Llano. From this location you are centrally located and about 6 blocks to the Zocolo, 3 blocks to a fresh market and 1 block from the Lending Library where you can meet many people, do intercambios and find any book in English you may want. Residents share an enormous patio space that has tables, plants and is great for reading, studying, etc. Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent. Apartments have a small TV but are not connected to cable or internet. You can contract that if you like. There is no cleaning service.
