This one bedroom apartment is very centric, about 5 blocks north of the Zocalo and half a block from a fresh market. The family owns and runs a bread baking business. They live on the ground floor, this apartment is located on the second floor and has it’s own flight of stairs up. You never have to walk through their house, only the common patio to get to your stairs. It is a very safe and quiet place.
It is a one bedroom (the bed is small, although they say it’s matrimonial, I think it best suits one person, especially if you are a couple that needs some space when you sleep). There is a kitchen with your basic utensils to eat and cook, there is no oven.
There is a huge balcony (see pictures) outside your apartment where you have a great view of the mountains and a table and chair to read, work or relax. WiFi is available.

Fernando’s apartment is located on Quetzalcoatl between Porfirio Diaz and Garcia Vigil. You will find a small panaderia that is open in the morning and in the late afternoon. This is his family business and the apartment is behind this store front. Find the family during this time to see if the apartment is available.
