This small U-shaped complex of 5 apartments is located in the Historic District in an ideal location. You are 2 blocks to Santo Domingo, 5 to the Zocolo, 2 blocks to the Organic Pochote market which takes place on Friday and Saturday, and kiddie corner from a fresh market where you can shop before you cook for every meal if you chose. The location doesn’t get better. It is a gated complex so you have to go through a main entrance with a key before you get to your apartment door. It is very safe. There is a shared patio space and rooftop as well. Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent. WiFi too. Carmen is a realiable landlady who takes care of any problems with your apartment quickly and effectively.

This 2 bedroom apartment (one room with a full bed and the second room has a twin bed) has it’s own street entrance but still has access to the patio and the rooftop. It has a spacious and bright kitchen/sitting area.

The apartment has a long hallway which leads through one open bedroom (no doors) and then ends into the bedroom with the double bed (which has a door) The bathroom is inbetween those two rooms. It is fully furnished and with all necessary kitchen amenities. It is lined with windows which look out into the patio.
