When we lived in Oaxaca, we found that it was very time consuming and challenging to locate places available to rent. The method to find an apartment is mostly through word of mouth, knocking on doors and hunting down posters in local cafes. We decided to try and help the local Mexican landlords by being a mediator between foreigners looking for places to stay and landlords trying to rent out their place. In turn, visitors can save a lot of time and effort in their search for an apartment.

Thus this site.

We spent two years in Oaxaca and when we moved out we changed this site around so that you can contact the landlord directly. We have left their email addresses on the page after the description of the apartment. Everyone that is on this page is very trustworthy and is a good option for your stay in Oaxaca. These are people who charge normal fees, not outrageous ‘foreign’ fees.

There is no extra rental fee for using this site. We hope it’s helpful.
